Villa Leola is situated in the peaceful village of Ližnjan in southern Istria, close to the sea, restaurants and shops. A small grocery shop and restaurants are within walking distance, while many of the peninsula’s highlights are easy to reach by car.

Ein sehr schöner Pool und ein gepflegter Garten. Die Nähe zum Meer und zu den Restaurants rundet das Angebot ab.

Ein super schönes modernes Haus, alles sehr sauber und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort. Der Pool ist auch sehr groß und wunderschön. Eine Bäckerei ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Ein wirklich top Ferienhaus. Ein perfekter Gastgeber: Poolhandtücher werden gestellt. Sogar Kaffeekapseln, Milch, diverse Getränke, frisches Obst, Holzkohle und Anzünder – alles wurde uns bei der Ankunft unaufgefordert und kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Haus und der Pool sind absolut neuwertig und sauber. Alles befindet sich in einem sehr guten, neuen und hochwertigen Zustand (Neubau 2022).
Die Lage ist ruhig und der Blick auf das Meer einfach fantastisch. Auch der zusätzliche Getränkekühlschrank ist bei heißen Temperaturen super.
Da gibt es wirklich absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Nur zu empfehlen!
+ Wir haben hier eine Woche als Gruppe verbracht. Brandneue Unterkunft. Alles sehr modern und super sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind fußläufig erreichbar. Netflix, Prime etc. können auf den Fernsehern genutzt werden. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Handtücher und Poolhandtücher sind reichlich vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt einen Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sogar einen extra Getränkekühlschrank. Die Air Conditioning funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Wohnzimmer steht sogar eine Playstation. Das Haus verfügt über eine Alarmanlage. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und hat sogar eine Whirlpool-Funktion.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. er hat auch mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen, und uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.
Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes modernes Haus! Es gibt 4 Schlafräume mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Air Conditioning. Der Pool ist Top! Von der Terrasse und den oberen Zimmern sieht man das Meer. Der Vermieter ist wirklich nett und sehr schnell beim Beantworten von Fragen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher und Poolbadetücher sind dabei. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Im Umkreis gibt es einen Mini Shop und 2 echt tolle Restaurants. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
